Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, games and related services provided by AimyGO (“we”, “us” or “our”), collectively the “Services”. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13, and meet any higher age requirement imposed by applicable law or the platform through which you play. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms and permit your use. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, with guardian involvement where necessary.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any consent required for optional data processing.

You may access games through third-party platforms, including Facebook Instant Games where offered. Those platforms have their own rules and account requirements. You are responsible for safeguarding your platform account, providing accurate information when requested, and notifying us if you discover unauthorized access affecting our Services. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person.

You are responsible for a compatible device, internet access and associated network charges. Features may vary by device, territory or platform. AimyGO is responsible for its own Services; a platform does not become a party to these Terms merely by hosting a game.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This permission lasts while you comply with these Terms and the relevant Service remains available, subject to your statutory rights.

The Services, code, designs, branding, artwork and other materials belong to AimyGO or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You must not redistribute, commercially exploit or modify those materials without authorization, except where applicable law gives you that right.

When using the Services, you must not:

• Cheat, manipulate scores or transactions, exploit vulnerabilities, or use unauthorized automation that disrupts fair play.
• Access another person's account, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, or interfere with service availability.
• Harass, threaten, exploit or deceive others; distribute unlawful content; or expose someone else's private information without authority.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights, send unsolicited advertising, or use the Services for unlawful transactions.
• Sell, trade or transfer accounts or virtual items outside an expressly authorized feature.

Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected] without exploiting the issue or accessing other users' information.

If a Service lets you submit content, you remain responsible for it and must have the necessary rights and permissions. You retain ownership of your content. You grant AimyGO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt technically and display it only as needed to operate and provide the feature you chose, including sharing it with the audience you selected.

This license ends when your content is removed from our systems, except for limited backup or legally required retention and copies others have already shared through the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law. You may report infringement by identifying the work, the disputed content, your contact information and your authority to act for the rights holder.

This section applies only where a game offers paid content. Prices, taxes, payment terms and any additional conditions will be shown before a purchase. You must have permission to use the payment method. Purchases processed by a platform are also subject to that platform's payment and refund rules.

Virtual currency and items provide a limited right to use game content; they are not money, deposits or property redeemable for cash. They cannot be exchanged or transferred except through an expressly supported feature. Promotional items may carry clearly stated conditions or expiry dates.

Refunds, withdrawal rights and remedies are governed by applicable law and relevant platform rules. Nothing here removes a refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to. Contact the platform that processed the purchase, or contact us with the game and transaction reference for assistance.

If a subscription is offered, its price, billing interval, renewal conditions and cancellation method will be disclosed before you subscribe. Deleting a game does not necessarily cancel a platform subscription; use the billing platform's subscription controls.

Games may include third-party advertising, external links or platform features. A third party's services are governed by its own terms and privacy notices. A link or advertisement does not itself mean that AimyGO endorses that provider. Exercise care before sharing information or making a purchase on an external service.

Optional notifications and social-sharing features depend on your choices and the host platform's controls. Rewards linked to an advertisement, where offered, are subject to the conditions shown in the game and successful completion of the relevant action.

We may update, maintain or change the Services. Availability can be affected by technical issues or platform changes. For a material discontinuation or a change affecting paid entitlements, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and any remedy required by law.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address a breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can ask us to review a restriction at [email protected].

You may stop using the Services at any time. For deletion of personal information, follow the data deletion procedure. Ending use does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by a third party. Provisions that need to survive, such as ownership and accrued payment obligations, continue to the extent applicable.

We aim to provide enjoyable and reliable Services, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free software or a particular gameplay result. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are supplied on an “as available” basis and we disclaim warranties that are not required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, AimyGO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or business losses arising from your personal entertainment use of the Services. This does not exclude responsibility for foreseeable losses where applicable consumer law requires it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain available.

If a problem arises, email [email protected] with the game name and a description so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not prevent you from seeking a legal remedy or contacting a regulator.

Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction will be determined under the relevant legal rules. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive collective remedies or deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your habitual residence.

We may revise these Terms as the Services develop or legal requirements change. The updated date appears below the title. We will provide appropriate advance notice of material changes where required and seek agreement where necessary. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the affected Services; accrued rights and required refunds remain protected.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Specific rules shown for a feature or promotion supplement these Terms for that feature and cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
